67min AMRAP workout

On Thursday, Limitless Training will be doing a 67min high intense (navy seal-like) workout. Starting with two mile run, 100 burpees, 100 pull-ups, 150 box jumps, 150 push-ups, 200 sit-ups, 300 squats and 1000 rope jumps.

This is to promote a healthy and active lifestyle. We invite every crossfit box, running club, or anyone just looking to do the workout to participate.

We will donate that days class fees to a local childrens charity & invite everyone participating to do the same. 

Rules of the workout:

For beginners they can to the same workout with a partner (only one person working at a time)

Box jumps can be substitud for box step ups & pull ups for ring rows.

Workout will be done for amount of reps & you don't have to finish with one movement before moving onto the next one. So mix it up!

If anyone finishes the round within 67min they have to start from the top with the run...

R20 Donation will be accepted for people who can't finish the workout in the amount of time.
